Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent required; bachelor’s preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of administrative, operations, project coordination, or sales support experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite including Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams and Word.
• Strong organizational, planning, and time management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative and coordination support to Commercial Leadership.
• Coordinate calendars, meetings, and scheduling across multiple departments.
• Prepare meeting agendas, presentations, materials, and follow-up items.
• Assist with commercial communications and organizational updates.
• Support planning and execution of meetings, events, travel, and vendor coordination.
