Job summary

AGC Chemicals Americas, Inc. is seeking a Commercial Operations Coordinator in Exton, PA to equip sales teams with training, tools, processes, and insights to improve performance and execution across customer-facing activities.

The role leads onboarding, drives adoption of sales enablement and CRM platforms, and partners with account management, marketing, product, and operations to capture voice-of-customer feedback and support continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in a business, marketing, engineering, or related field.
• Minimum five years’ experience in a related commercial role or enablement function preferred.
• Experience in commercial enablement, sales operations, product management, or marketing preferred.
• Strong communication, organization, and analytical abilities are essential.
• Familiarity with CRM platforms, ERP systems, and sales enablement tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Designs and delivers onboarding and ongoing training programs for sales teams.
• Develops learning materials, certifications, and coaching frameworks.
• Identifies skill gaps and implements targeted development plans.
• Evaluates and manages sales enablement tools and platforms; drives CRM adoption.
• Defines KPIs and analyzes sales data to identify trends and opportunities.
• Collaborates across account management, marketing, product, and operations to strengthen execution.
