The Standard is hiring for a Loan Servicing role focused on commercial real estate loan data. You will board loans, process payments, and reconcile accounts to ensure accuracy and efficiency.

The position requires hands-on management of deposits, escrow accounts, and related administrative tasks to support operational excellence. Applicants should have a high school diploma or equivalent, with an associate degree preferred.

Formación

• High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
• Associate’s degree in real estate, finance, business or related field preferred.
• Minimum 6 months in a dynamic office environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Adobe Acrobat.

Responsabilidades

• Board loans timely and accurately in the loan servicing system.
• Process payments and manage escrow accounts.
• Reconcile cash in bank accounts and prepare reports.
• Support tax contracts and insurance renewals within servicing.
