Qualifications

• 2 years of experience in a Commercial Property & Casualty insurance agency.
• Must hold Property and Casualty insurance license.
• Hold an industry designation or be willing to further industry knowledge through courses.
• Knowledge of Sagitta/ImageRight preferred.
• Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Comfortable with internet-based programs and Microsoft Office products.

Responsibilities

• Manage client relationship, account retention, and develop a competitive insurance program.
• Inform and educate clients on policy changes, exclusions, and industry trends.
• Respond to client and carrier requests within agreed timeframes.
• Manage renewal workflow and avoid coverage lapse.
• Negotiate renewal or new lines with carrier guidelines.
• Prepare proposals and summaries of insurance as needed.
• Assist clients with claims reporting.
• Adhere to invoicing and pursuit of prompt payments per policy.
• Maintain client accounts per USI guidelines and KPIs.
• Stay current on industry information, technology, and trends.
