Job summary

USI Insurance Services is seeking an experienced Commercial Lines Account Manager to handle 20–40 mid-to-large sized accounts. You will act as the primary client contact for renewals, marketing, and coverage reviews, while supporting Sales Executives and Account Executives.

You will provide technical insurance guidance, coordinate carrier pricing, and manage renewals to prevent coverage gaps, with a focus on client service in a hybrid team environment.

Qualifications

• Requires 5+ years in a Commercial Lines agency.
• College degree preferred.
• Must hold or be willing to earn Property & Casualty license.
• Industry designations preferred (ARM, CIC, CPCU).
• Proficiency with MS Office and online tools.

Responsibilities

• Manage 20 to 40 Commercial Lines accounts as day-to-day contact.
• Market renewals, prepare applications, and review coverage with clients.
• Provide insurance technical expertise to clients and team.
• Coordinate carrier quotes, analyze options, and make program recommendations.
• Renewal expirations management to avoid lapses.
• Negotiate with carriers on behalf of clients.
• Process policies, endorsements and audits as needed.
• Support cross-selling and client development initiatives.
