You will serve as the central operational liaison across Sales, Service, Logistics, Finance, and Customer Operations to ensure a seamless lifecycle for Commercial & Industrial installations. You will manage onboarding, scheduling, and documentation, monitor installations, and coordinate with internal teams to drive operational excellence and exceptional customer experiences across multiple

Aufgaben

• Serve as primary operational liaison for Commercial & Industrial installation customers.
• Manage customer onboarding activities including account creation and billing setup.
• Coordinate new implementations and large-scale project rollouts.
• Schedule end-to-end installation activities and service requests.
• Monitor project status and communicate updates to stakeholders.
• Support billing processes and CPP collection activities.
• Maintain accurate customer records across SAP, Epson Portal, CRM.
