Qualifications

• 8–12 years of advanced-level specialist experience.
• Bachelor’s degree (B.A. or B.S.) or equivalent experience.
• Bilingual: English AND Spanish.
• SAP experience, including user representation or system champion involvement.
• Demonstrated people leadership experience with coaching and development.
• Collaborative and empathetic leadership approach during change.
• Customer-focused mindset with ability to advocate for customers.
• Willingness to travel quarterly to Mexico and California and other locations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the order fulfillment process from entry through delivery to ensure accurate, timely satisfaction.
• Monitor and evaluate customer compliance; identify deficiencies and opportunities for improvement.
• Resolve escalated customer issues and advocate for customers across the organization.
• Develop and maintain KPIs to monitor and improve operational performance.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with Sales Operations, customers, and internal teams.
• Lead coordination with Branded Sales Team and act as a sales-focused extension of the team.
• Operate within budget and contribute to annual operating plans and standards.
