Job summary

Epson America Inc. is seeking an Outbound Coordinator to join our team on 1st Shift at our Indianapolis-area distribution center.

You will coordinate daily outbound shipments and work with warehouse operations, carriers, and customers to track status and resolve issues. The role requires experience in transportation, logistics, or warehouse operations, plus proficiency in Excel and familiarity with Warehouse Management Systems.

Qualifications

• Experience in transportation, logistics, warehouse operations or supply chain environments.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Office applications.
• Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) preferred.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

What You'll Be Doing

• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office applications
• Experience working with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) preferred
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines
• Strong problem-solving and organizational skills

The starting hourly pay for this role is between USD $21.00 and $25.00/hr. Please note that this position's salary range may include multiple levels. The actual base is dependent upon many factors, such as: training, transferable skills, work experience, business needs and market demands. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future.
