Job summary

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of experience in commercial litigation, including multi-district or class actions, and can conduct research, draft substantive pleadings and motions, and manage discovery.

A J.D. from an accredited law school and admission to or eligibility for the New Jersey Bar are required; mentoring and meaningful client contact are offered.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years' experience in commercial litigation or related matters.
• J.D. from an accredited law school; NJ Bar admission or eligibility.
• Ability to conduct research, draft pleadings, and manage discovery.
• Strong academic credentials and writing skills.

Responsibilities

• Independently conduct research, draft pleadings and motions.
• Organize and manage the discovery process, including e-discovery.
• Work closely with partners and junior associates on case strategy.
• Provide timely client contact and professional, ethical representation.
