Job summary

Qualifications

• Two to three years of experience with general commercial litigation matters, multi-district litigation, or class actions in state and federal courts.
• Experience independently conducting research, drafting substantive pleadings and motions, and organizing, conducting and managing the discovery practice, including e-discovery.
• J.D. from an accredited law school and admission to or eligibility to sit for the Pennsylvania bar; clerkship or journal experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to work closely with experienced lawyers, mentorship, and increasing levels of responsibility and client contact.
• Self-starter with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
