Qualifications

• 3-5 years of relevant litigation experience.
• Experience with general commercial litigation, multidistrict litigation, and/or class actions.
• Strong substantive drafting experience.
• Experience independently conducting complex legal research.
• Significant discovery and e-discovery experience.
• Clerkship or journal experience preferred.
• Self-starter who can work independently and collaboratively.

Responsibilities

• Handle complex commercial litigation in state and federal courts.
• Work on multidistrict litigation and class action matters.
• Conduct sophisticated legal research and analysis independently.
• Draft substantive pleadings, motions and briefs.
• Organize and manage all aspects of discovery.
• Manage complex e-discovery matters.
• Assist with case development and litigation strategy.
• Take increasing responsibility for sophisticated disputes while working with clients.
• Collaborate closely with partners and senior litigators.
