Job summary

You will handle credit operations, collections, and tailored workout solutions while coordinating with internal teams and external counsel.

The role includes evaluating financial statements, negotiating restructures, and supporting the Special Assets Committee with strategic recommendations.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of credit and collections processes and financial risk management.
• Experience reviewing financial statements and economic trends for customers.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret financial data.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of distressed commercial fleet accounts with balances from $1M to $400M+.
• Negotiate workout solutions including payment plans, collateral returns, and asset liquidation.
• Conduct operational and financial analysis of fleet customers and economic trends.
• Prepare restructure proposals and present to senior management and credit committees.
• Monitor Special Assets accounts and ensure compliance with internal guidelines.
