Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree with 1 year of banking/financial services or customer service experience, or High School/GED with 5 years of experience.
• Experience onboarding and client servicing in commercial banking preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead client onboarding, coordinating with Relationship Manager and Product Advisor to assess needs.
• Manage onboarding data gathering and KYC documentation.
• Serve as primary contact for deposit and cash management needs.
• Resolve inbound service inquiries and coordinate with support teams.
• Advise on risk mitigation and AML requirements.
• Identify opportunities to support client strategy and growth.
