Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting with 1 year credit analysis experience, or High School Diploma or GED with 5 years' credit analysis experience.
• Excellent communication and phone skills, with strong Microsoft Office proficiency.
• Strong analytical and risk assessment abilities in loan review and credit decisions.

Responsabilités

• Loan Review – review loan applications, financial statements, tax returns, and other docs; analyze borrower creditworthiness and repayment capacity.
• Credit Control - determine sample of credits for analysis and maintain accurate credit scores from data in tax returns and statements.
• Risk Mitigation - assess risk factors and make sound underwriting decisions within lending authority.
• Reporting - produce monthly reports on loan assessment results and document policy exceptions.
