Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university; or 5 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Excellent organizational skills; detail oriented and accurate; ability to multi-task and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 applications; ability to learn new software systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage the Dean's calendar and coordinate requests with internal and external entities.
• Record minutes for Dean meetings and prepare reports on college projects.
• Process purchases, PO, checks, and MOUs; manage affiliation agreements in EXXAT.
• Enter and manage clinical education agreements; coordinate travel for the Dean.
• Support accreditation activities and assist with annual budget preparation and reporting.
• Maintain college calendars, catalog updates, and publications; support program directors.
