Job summary

Excelsior University in Albany, NY is seeking a Clinical Operations Associate to support nursing and health sciences students preparing for clinical experiences. You will collaborate with health records partners to ensure compliance and access, and help manage access to document management systems.

This hybrid role requires on-site work two days per week with core hours 8:30 AM–5:00 PM, 37.5 hours weekly. You will handle site communications, maintain student files, and assist in tracking

Qualifications

• Associate’s Degree required.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines; project management skills preferred.
• Comfort working with technologies to collect and analyze data in support of CNHS initiatives.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.

Responsibilities

• Maintain health record databases.
• Communicate electronically and verbally with students.
• Obtain and maintain student files.
• Prepare, document, and track clinical and practice experience assignments.
• Work with the team and other departments to ensure policies and procedures are followed.
