U.S. Bank is seeking a dynamic leader to manage a team of collectors responsible for defaulted contracts across delinquency stages. This role supports hybrid and remote work with on-site presence three days per week, directing active collections to meet targets while minimizing risk and loss.

Ideal candidates will have a bachelor’s degree, 3+ years in collections, strong planning, and excellent verbal and written communication skills to train and guide a high-performing team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• Typically three or more years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of EF Servicing Team members.
• Train, coach and mentor staff.
• Provide high quality customer service by responding to inquiries and problems.
• Analyze customer needs and provide solutions.
• Lead process improvements and transformation.
• Handle customer escalations and collaborate with other areas.
