Job summary

LKQ Corporation is seeking a motivated Collections Coordinator to join our Hybrid team. The role focuses on collecting and processing accounts receivable, reviewing monthly AR, and targeting past-due and COD invoices.

You will perform outbound calls, faxes, and collection letters, supporting leadership with inquiries and coordinating communications across departments. The position involves preparing mail shipments from Collections, managing group inboxes, and maintaining accurate records.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience.
• 1+ year of related experience in collections.
• 2+ years of experience in business-to-business collections (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Collect and process accounts receivable.
• Review monthly accounts receivable, target past-due and COD invoices.
• Provide outbound communications (calls, faxes, letters) to customers and other departments.
• Support leadership with inbound communications as needed.
• Prepare and send external mail and shipments from Collections staff.
• Manage inbound/outbound communications to/from group email boxes.
