LKQ Corporation in Atlanta, GA is seeking a Collections Coordinator to join our on-site team. You will support ongoing collections efforts, review accounts receivable, and communicate with customers and internal departments to resolve past due balances.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, 1+ year of related experience (2+ years in B2B collections preferred), and proficiency with Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience.
• 1+ years of related experience required.
• 2+ years of experience in business-to-business collections preferred.
• Ability to use Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint effectively.

Responsibilities

• Assist team members and leaders in collection efforts.
• Review monthly accounts receivables, target past due invoices or COD invoices.
• Provide outbound communications (calls, faxes, letters) to Customers and internal staff.
• Support leadership with inbound communications as needed.
• Prepare and send external mail and overnight packages from Collections staff.
• Manage inbound/outbound communications to/from group email boxes.
