ARS-Rescue Rooter in Houston is hiring In-Store Scheduling & Marketing Representatives to represent HVAC and plumbing services inside national home improvement retail stores.

As part of the ARS team, you will engage customers, qualify leads, and schedule in-home consultations while working toward individual and team goals. Both part-time and full-time opportunities are available with paid training and weekly pay.

Qualifications

• Outgoing personality and willingness to speak with shoppers.
• Retail, kiosk, or sales experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to stand and walk during shifts.
• Weekend and some holiday availability.

Responsibilities

**Hours worked must be PRODUCTIVE hours-generating appointments each shift. **Hours are managed accordingly

Qualifications

What You Need:

You don't need HVAC experience to be successful. We are looking for people who are:

• Outgoing personality and willingness to speak with shoppers
• Retail, kiosk, Door-to-Door, or sales experience preferred (not required)
• Ability to stand and walk during shifts
• Weekend and some holiday availability
• Reliable transportation
• Clean, professional appearance representing the ARS brand
• Ability to attend weekly in-office meetings
• Employment is contingent on a background check in accordance with applicable law
