Job summary

Boston Beer Corporation is seeking a motivated Co-op to support the Supply Chain team with material planning, inventory management, and supplier coordination. This 6-month program offers hands-on experience in Contract-Manufacturing Planning, working with cross-functional partners to ensure materials meet production and customer demand.

The position follows a hybrid work model, with three days per week at the Boston Seaport Corporate Office and remaining days remote, from January 4, 2027 through

• Pursuing a degree in a related field and must remain enrolled after co-op.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Support material planning, inventory management, and supplier coordination.
• Validate data between planning platforms and BBC systems; assist with reporting.
• Collaborate with Procurement, Manufacturing, Logistics, and Customer Service on planning activities.
