Job summary

Boston Beer Corporation is seeking a motivated Co-op to join the Quality Assurance team at the Breinigsville Brewery. You will support packaging operations, perform quality checks, and help drive continuous improvement through data collection and issue resolution.

The 6-month program runs January 4, 2027 to June 25, 2027, onsite five days a week at the Breinigsville facility. You will gain hands-on experience in brewery quality systems and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Must remain enrolled in school upon completion of the co-op.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• Excellent documentation and recordkeeping skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to analyze information and solve problems in a manufacturing environment.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Perform quality checks on products throughout packaging to ensure standards.
• Monitor packaging line performance and identify quality concerns.
• Assist with collecting, documenting, and reporting quality data.
• Collaborate with operators and teams to resolve issues and improve quality.
