Boston Beer Corporation is seeking a motivated Packaging Engineering Co-op in Breinigsville, PA for a 6-month onsite program. You will support packaging material specifications, artwork approvals, and cross-functional project work at a fast-paced CPG brewery environment.

The role runs January 4, 2027, to June 25, 2027, five days a week on-site at the Breinigsville Brewery. Ideal candidates are engineering students who can stay enrolled and thrive in a collaborative setting.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a bachelor's degree in Engineering (Packaging, Mechanical, Chemical, or Electrical).
• Must remain enrolled after the co-op.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent organization and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Assist in creating, reviewing, and maintaining packaging specifications.
• Update docs for accuracy, consistency, and company standards.
• Assist in packaging documentation and change-control processes.
• Gather data, analyze, and support project justification.
• Evaluate packaging improvements and cost-saving opportunities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support execution.
• Participate in artwork review and approval processes.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to meet regulatory requirements.
• Support packaging development from concept to implementation.
