Qualifications

• At least one year of experience delivering excellent client service in a customer service role.
• Ability to learn new programming languages quickly.
• Curiosity about the inner workings of an international private cloud platform.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support via a dedicated helpdesk for development teams.
• Perform root cause analysis (RCA).
• Collaborate with developers to deploy and manage code changes.

Skills

Very good spoken and written English (minimum B2)

Familiarity with Windows or Linux network operating systems

Experience in scripting

Strong problem-solving skills

Excellent communication skills

Education

Completed higher education (or in the final semester)
