Job summary

The Weitz Company is seeking a Microsoft Cloud Administrator to join our IT team in Des Moines, IA. You will manage Microsoft 365 services, Entra ID, Intune, and related cloud platforms, focusing on security, reliability, and user productivity.

Responsibilities include identity management, device enrollment, governance, and automation. The role requires 3–5+ years of Microsoft cloud experience and a degree in IT or related field preferred.

Qualifications

3–5+ years administering Microsoft 365 and related cloud tech.
Experience supporting Microsoft 365 environments in an enterprise setting.
PowerShell scripting/automation and endpoint management experience.
Degree in IT, CS, or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

Administer, support, and maintain Microsoft 365 cloud services and related platforms.
Manage authentication, identity, security, governance, and licensing.
Monitor service health, performance, and user adoption across the ecosystem.
Develop automation with PowerShell and maintain documentation.
Collaborate with Security, Infrastructure, and Help Desk teams on incidents and improvements.
