• Automation and Scripting: build IaC, scripts to automate tasks.
• AIOps: use AI-powered monitoring to predict failures and automate responses.
• Containerization and Orchestration: deploy Dockerized apps with Kubernetes.
• Security and Compliance: enforce IAM, encryption, audits.
• Disaster Recovery/BCP: design and test DR plans.
• Virtualization: manage VMware vSphere and Windows Server.
• Collaboration: work with DevOps/SecOps to enable CI/CD pipelines.
• System Intelligence: partner with data science for optimisation.
