Job summary

INTRUST Bank is seeking a Cloud Engineer to design, implement, and support a hybrid cloud infrastructure across Azure and Azure Local (HCI). You will focus on automation, resiliency, and cost optimization while evaluating new technologies to improve security and scalability.

The role requires strong scripting skills and IaC experience, with collaboration across IT teams to ensure compliant, reliable infrastructure delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS or related field, or 5+ years of hybrid cloud experience.
• Strong knowledge of Azure services, governance, and cost optimization.
• I**n-depth experience with IaC and automation tools.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and support hybrid cloud infra across Azure, Azure Local, and others.
• Administer and optimize Microsoft Azure services.
• Support Windows Server and RHEL environments.
• Develop automation and IaC using PowerShell, Python, Bicep, or Terraform.
• Implement provisioning, patching, monitoring, and incident response automation.
• Support Active Directory and Entra ID (Azure AD).
• Design resilient architectures with high availability, backup, and DR strategies.
• Monitor performance with enterprise monitoring and AI-assisted tools.
• Perform vulnerability management and system hardening.
• Collaborate across IT teams to ensure secure, compliant delivery.
• Drive operational excellence and foster a collaborative team culture.
• Deliver stakeholder-focused, transparent communication.
