Ladders is seeking a Cloud & Infrastructure Services Engineer to design, deploy, and support secure cloud and hybrid infrastructure predominantly on Microsoft Azure for a remote US-based candidate. Collaborate with technology stakeholders to improve reliability, security, and DR capabilities while shaping firm-wide technology initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 5+ years of systems or cloud engineering experience.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Azure and related services.
• Proficiency with IaC tools such as Terraform or ARM templates.
• Proficiency in scripting with PowerShell, Azure CLI, or Python.

Responsibilities

• Administer and support Microsoft Azure and Active Directory.
• Design and manage secure Azure environments and cloud resources.
• Support hybrid infrastructure including on-premises servers and directory services.
• Develop Infrastructure as Code solutions to automate deployments.
• Monitor infrastructure performance using Azure tools.
• Manage identity and access with Entra ID.
• Implement backup and disaster recovery solutions.
