Job summary

Infleqtion seeks an experienced Cloud Infrastructure Engineer to lead the design, deployment, and maintenance of our Microsoft Azure infrastructure within a hybrid on-premises and cloud environment.

You will collaborate with the IT Infrastructure Manager to advance enterprise cloud initiatives, automate tasks, and support Azure, AWS, and Google Cloud Platform projects with a focus on security and reliability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in information technology, computer science, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate (AZ-104).
• Four or more years in administering Microsoft Azure infrastructure in an enterprise environment.
• Experience with Entra ID, Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP, and Microsoft 365 identity services.
• Hands-on with Azure VMs, Storage Accounts, VNets, VPNs, Azure Backup, Azure Monitor, and related services.
• Knowledge of Azure networking (routing, VPNs, firewalls, NSGs).
• Experience migrating servers/apps to Azure.

Responsibilities

• Design, deploy, administer, and maintain Azure infrastructure and services.
• Manage Windows Server workloads in Azure (DCs, RDS, app servers, file services).
• Administer hybrid Active Directory, Entra ID, and 365 identity services.
• Migrate on-premises infrastructure to Azure.
• Deploy and maintain Azure networking components (VNets, VPN Gateways, NSGs, Firewall, Bastion, Load Balancers).
• Support Azure SQL Server deployments and cloud data initiatives.
• Implement Azure Batch and scalable compute resources for engineering workloads.
• Monitor health, security, performance; troubleshoot proactively.
• Automate tasks with PowerShell and other scripting tools.
• Collaborate on architecture, security improvements, disaster recovery, modernization.
