Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Health Sciences or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in contract development/negotiations in pharma/healthcare.
• Experience with investigator budgets, clinical finance or site operations.

Responsibilities

• Review and negotiate site budgets per defined parameters.
• Prepare and execute various agreements (e.g., MTAs, NDAs, CTAs).
• Review contract language and negotiate amendments.
• Maintain contract files and systems.
• Support contracting metrics and reporting.
