Job summary

Boehringer Ingelheim is seeking a Clinical Trial Manager (CTM) / Senior CTM for late‑phase Oncology studies in the United States. You will lead the US Trial Team, oversee trial preparation, conduct and closeout, and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to drive timely delivery and trial quality.

The role emphasizes scientific and operational leadership, risk mitigation, and ensuring alignment with GCP and local regulations while supporting patient and site engagement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in life sciences or related field with 6+ years clinical research experience, or
• Master's degree or PharmD with 4+ years clinical research experience, or
• PharmD with 2-year clinical research fellowship, or
• PhD/MD with 2+ years clinical research experience

Responsibilities

• Trial Preparation: oversee compliance with GCP-ICH, budgets, training, feasibility and country/site level engagement.
• Trial Conduct: ensure adherence to regulatory requirements, monitor recruitment, support investigator meetings.
• Trial Closeout: ensure data delivery, TMF archiving, and CTR submissions.
• Stakeholder management: liaise with internal/external partners and trial team at regional/local/global levels.
