Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business, Health Sciences, or related field.
• Minimum of five (5) years of experience in contract development and negotiations in regulated pharma/healthcare.
• Experience with investigator budgets, clinical finance, or site operations.
• Strong prioritization, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and attention to detail.
• Ability to travel domestically as needed.
• Familiarity with regulatory requirements for IND/NDA.”

Responsibilities

• Review and negotiate site budgets per defined parameters.
• Prepare, negotiate, and execute various agreements (e.g., MSAs, confidentiality, CTAs).
• Review contract language and respond to negotiate modifications.
• Maintain contract files and systems.
• Support contracting metrics and reporting tools.
• Coordinate with third-party contracting negotiators for US programs.
• Ensure timely, high-quality deliverables and continuous improvement.
• Stay current with industry contracting practices.
• Collaborate with Clinical Operations, Legal, Ethics & Compliance, CDMA.
