Job summary

MTC Care is seeking a Clinical Support Specialist to facilitate on-site clinical visits with clinicians and to perform remote administrative duties such as chart preparation and Behavioral Health Integration. Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist patients by educating them about behavioral health visits, in-person or via telehealth
• Provide telehealth setup support: room preparation and equipment
• Access vitals and data from EMR to support clinicians
• Procurement of patient referral documents as needed
• Serve as liaison between clinicians and facility staff
• Interact with staff and family as required
• Maintain proper handling and cleaning of care equipment
• Complete assigned BHI cases by gathering information from records and entering into the BHI system
• Assist clinicians by recording data in the EHR and ensuring visits run smoothly
