Job summary

Brightpoint seeks aClinical Supervisor to oversee clinical services, supervise staff, and ensure compliance with licensing and funding requirements. The role involves coordination of evidence-based services, documentation, and collaboration with DCFS and community partners.

A Master’s in a relevant field plus Illinois licensure is required, with bilingual English/Spanish preferred. The position is hybrid, based near Granite City, IL, with occasional travel.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree required.
• Current Illinois clinical licensure required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement program plans ensuring licensing, funding, billing, contracts and accreditation standards.
• Coordinate evidence-based clinical services and ensure service delivery aligns with safety and permanency goals.
• Supervise assigned clinical and support staff and manage personnel actions.
• Maintain complete documentation of clinical supervision and case notes per program requirements.
• Provide clinical supervision and mental health consultation, including crisis management as needed.
