Qualifications

• MSW or other DCFS approved master's degree is required.
• DCFS Child Welfare Employee Licensure (CWEL) required; 402 licensure preferred or ability to pass 402 licensure test within 3 months.

Responsibilities

• Supervise all child welfare services including intake, case management, and foster home placements.
• Coordinate with Village Director to develop and implement programs.
• Maintain documentation and conduct quarterly file reviews.
• Prepare monthly performance reports and participate in required meetings.
• Ensure compliance with DCFS standards and agency policies.
• Provide ongoing supervision and training for staff.
