Family Solutions of Illinois is seeking a compassionate Clinical Supervisor to lead clinical staff and oversee compliance in a busy Chicago office.

You will recruit and train clinicians, design trauma-informed mental health programs, and partner with community organizations to support client outcomes. Requires Illinois licensure (LCPC/LCSW), 5+ years supervisory experience, and fluent English/Spanish.

Qualifications

• Master of Science in Social Work or Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling with active Illinois licensure (LCPC or LCSW).
• Minimum 5 years supervising clinicians treating mental health conditions.
• Fully bilingual in English and Spanish (speaking, reading, writing).
• Credentialed with Illinois Medicaid Managed Care Organizations (Aetna, BCBS Community Health Plan, CountyCare, Meridian, Molina, Humana).

Responsabilités

• Oversee clinical compliance and supervisee operations.
• Recruit, hire, and train clinicians to build a diverse, high-caliber team.
• Design and implement mental health programming using evidence-based practices to support client success.
• Collaborate with community partners to build referral networks, participate in systems of care management, and facilitate clinical/treatment staffing.
