Brightpoint seeks a Clinical Supervisor for the RISE Together program in East St. Louis. You will provide clinical leadership for school-based mental health services with CBITS and Bounce Back curricula, supervise clinicians, and coordinate with the East St.

Louis School District to promote student well-being and academic success. Requires a Master’s in a clinical field and Illinois licensure, plus at least two years of relevant experience.

Competenze

• Master’s degree in social work, counseling, psychology or related field.
• Current Illinois clinical licensure (LCSW, LCPC or LMFT) required.
• At least two years of clinical service experience with mandated clients or families.

Mansioni

• Provide clinical supervision and coaching to staff.
• Ensure compliance with licensing, funding, billing and accreditation.
• Oversee delivery of trauma-informed mental health services in schools.
• Maintain documentation and required program reports.
• Coordinate with district staff and community partners.
