Clarvida seeks a Clinical Supervisor (LCSW or LCPC) in Belleville, IL, to lead and supervise clinical staff serving children, adolescents, and families. The role includes representation at interventions, court hearings, and school meetings, plus chart reviews and treatment-plan oversight.

The position requires a Master’s in a human services field and IL licensure or eligibility within six months, with on-call duties and some evening client home visits. Hybrid schedule.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in a Human Services field (Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or related).
• Licensed as an LCSW or LCPC in Illinois, or able to become licensed within six months.
• Minimum of one year of direct experience with children, adolescents, and families in a therapeutic setting.
• Valid state driver's license and automobile insurance.
• Relocating candidates must obtain an Illinois driver's license within 30 days.
• Ability to participate in an on-call rotation.
• Occasional evening client home visits may be required.

Responsabilités

• Provide hands-on leadership, supervision, and support to clinical staff.
• Represent Clarvida during interventions, court hearings, and school/community meetings.
• Review client charts to ensure quality service delivery and accurate treatment plans.
• Address complaints and resolve problems related to clinical services.
• Provide direct counseling to an assigned caseload.
• Support staff during evening home visits and on-call rotations.
• Lead clinical team operations and maintain high standards of care for children and families.
