Job summary

Cambia Health Solutions, Inc. is seeking a Health Services Operations (HSO) Clinical Program Manager to direct and oversee multiple complex clinical programs.

You will coordinate with sponsors, cross-functional teams, and vendors to ensure deliverables, improve care quality, and reduce costs. The role emphasizes strong communication, stakeholder management, and program evaluation, with hybrid work from various offices across the region.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business or Health Care Administration (Masters preferred).
• 5+ years' experience with project or program management in healthcare or healthcare insurance operations.
• Experience in clinical area preferred; may have equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Plan and develop scope, deliverables, resources, work plan, budget, and timing for new initiatives.
• Effectively manage stakeholder relationships to pursue desired outcomes.
• Manage program/project teams to identify risks and opportunities across initiatives.
• Educate leadership and stakeholders on new program elements, processes and implementation.
• Maintain data/statistical reporting and program assessment; develop program documents and plans.
• Collaborate with program leaders to develop monitoring protocols for evaluation and improvement.
