Job summary

You will develop clear presentations for stakeholders, facilitate cross-functional discussions, and drive system-level improvements that enhance care quality while reducing overall costs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or HS diploma with 4 years of relevant experience.
• Minimum 7 years of relevant experience.
• Current CA LVN, RN, NP, or PA license.
• Familiar with healthcare data and CA health delivery system.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Excellent written and oral communication; ability to facilitate cross-functional discussions.

Responsibilities

• Analyze clinical and financial data to identify trends and opportunities to improve care and manage costs.
• Lead projects to address opportunities and develop presentations communicating insights and actions.
• Facilitate meetings with internal and external stakeholders.
• Drive improvements in healthcare cost trends through direct interventions and system-level initiatives.
