Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a clinical discipline, IT/informatics, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical and application expertise to enhance LIS/EHR-related systems.
• Respond to improvements in laboratory computer systems’ operation.
• Document system design and workflow needs for clinical and lab staff.
• Serve as liaison between lab stakeholders and system build teams.
• Design, analyze, and optimize clinical and laboratory information systems.
• Ensure design supports standardization, integration, and compliance.
• Share knowledge with team members and training materials.
• Collaborate with education team on change communication and training.
