Job summary

Inizio Engage is seeking a Hybrid Clinical Educator to educate patients and caregivers about disease states and approved therapies across Rare Disease programs. The role involves in-person or virtual education, with frequent domestic travel and collaboration with cross-functional teams to optimize patient services.

The candidate should have a US RN license, a Bachelor’s degree, and 5+ years in Rare Disease, plus 2+ years field-based biopharma experience; strong communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• US RN license required.
• Bilingual English/Spanish (written and spoken).
• Bachelor's degree from accredited university/college.
• 5+ years of experience supporting patients with Rare Disease.
• 2+ years field-based experience in biopharmaceutical industry preferred.
• Proven track record of delivering results.

Responsibilities

• Deliver disease-state and product education using approved materials to support patients and caregivers.
• Educate account nurses and office staff on the Clinical Educator role and service model.
• Serve as liaison to access teams and partners for patient needs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate patient education solutions.
• Share regional and local insights to inform engagement strategy.
• Deliver approved education programs in person and via webinar.
• Respond to inquiries and triage to resources.
• Complete required training and ensure compliance with policies.
