Job summary

Inizio Engage is recruiting a Hybrid Clinical Educator to educate patients, caregivers and staff about a rare disease injectable therapy. Education will occur in person, by phone, or virtually, with frequent domestic travel and collaboration with the Patient Services and Support organization.

You will use approved materials, reinforce treatment understanding, and connect patients with available support services throughout their journey.

Qualifications

• Current US RN License.
• A minimum of a bachelor’s degree from an accredited University or College.
• 5 years of related experience, including supporting patients within Rare Disease.
• 2+ years field-based experience in biopharmaceutical industry preferred.
• Proven track record of delivering results that meet or exceed targeted objectives.
• Knowledge of insurance and payor landscape and US reimbursement process.
• Prior product launch experience preferred.
• Ability to travel up to 50% as necessary based on program needs; evening and weekend availability may be required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver disease state and product education to patients/caregivers using approved materials.
• Educate account nurses and office staff on the Clinical Educator role to support patients.
• Serve as a liaison to access teams and partners for patient needs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an integrated way.
• Share territory insights and help integrate education strategies.
• Deliver approved education programs (in person and webinars).
• Refine patient engagement strategy and materials to increase awareness.
• Respond to inquiries and triage to resources.
• Complete required training and ensure policy compliance.
• Collaborate with Corporate Affairs to share advocacy insights.
• Identify and execute a multidisciplinary approach for disease launches.
