Job summary

Pfizer Inc. is seeking a Clinical Development Scientist to support the development and execution of one or more studies in the I&I therapeutic area.

You will collaborate with Clinical Operations, Medical Monitors and Biostatistics to ensure enrollment and timely delivery, often as part of a study team with mentorship from senior scientists. The role emphasizes collaboration across functions, quality data review, and study document preparation to ensure successful study completion with hybrid

Qualifications

• PharmD/PhD or equivalent advanced degree required; strong study background.
• Minimum years of clinical study experience in the pharmaceutical industry as listed.
• GCP/ICH guidelines knowledge and pharmaceutical environment understanding required.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills across cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Support the development and execution of simple to minimally complex clinical studies.
• Assist in preparation and review of study documents (protocols, informed consent, training materials).
• Support data review activities and safety data collection for monthly reviews as needed.
• Provide technical support for clinical issues with internal and external collaborators.
