Pfizer in Cambridge, MA seeks a Senior Manager to provide scientific and clinical oversight of clinical trials in the Inflammation & Immunology portfolio. The role emphasizes data integrity and quality across early and late development, with collaboration across Clinical Operations, Biostatistics, Regulatory Affairs, and Clinical Pharmacology.

The incumbent will leverage AI tools to improve processes, mentor junior staff, and contribute to Health Authority interactions.

Qualifications

• PhD/PharmD with 2+ years of clinical research experience or MS with 5+ years of clinical research experience.
• Experience in pharmaceutical/biotech clinical development required.
• Experience in Inflammation & Immunology (I&I) area preferred.
• Strong scientific writing and verbal communication skills; able to work in a matrix environment.

Responsabilités

• Maintain current scientific and clinical knowledge in assigned areas.
• Author/review protocols, ICFs, IBs, CSRs, and regulatory submission components.
• Lead clinical data review strategy and safety/efficacy trend analysis.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet trial objectives and ensure smooth execution.
• Mentor junior team members and participate in process improvements.
