Job summary

Pfizer is seeking a senior clinical development leader to coordinate multiple studies in biologics and small molecules. You will guide protocol development, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and support study design, safety assessments, and data interpretation.

You will influence stakeholders, manage competing priorities, and contribute to publications and regulatory documents throughout development stages. Hybrid work arrangement with on-site requirements in the U.S.

Qualifications

• PhD/PharmD with 5+ years in clinical development in industry.
• MS with 7+ years in clinical development.
• BSc with 8+ years in clinical development.
• Deep understanding of biopharma and clinical drug development.

Responsibilities

• Provide scientific leadership for design, execution and interpretation of clinical studies.
• Lead development programs and work independently within project teams.
• Serve as a technical resource for clinical issues raised by collaborators and investigators.
• Support development of publications, abstracts and scientific communications.
• Participate on project teams to support clinical development strategy and study implementation.
• Lead preparation of clinical protocols and key study documents (ICFs, manuals, ICH).
• Oversee clinical data review for safety and efficacy data and DRP discussions.
• Collaborate with study teams to maintain open communication and project success.
• Develop partnerships with Pfizer functions (Biostatistics, Regulatory, Clinical Operations).
• Maintain knowledge of clinical literature and evolving insights for development plans.
