Job summary

Pfizer is seeking a senior clinical development professional to lead multiple clinical studies across biologic and small molecule programs. You will drive protocol design, study execution, safety assessments and cross-functional collaboration with teams including Regulatory, Biostatistics, Clinical Pharmacology, and Digital Medicine.

The role emphasizes leadership on study teams, publication support, and maintaining Pfizer standards for GCP and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• PhD/PharmD or MS or BSc with extensive clinical development exp.
• Demonstrated track record supporting development programs through milestones.
• Strong scientific writing, presentation and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide scientific leadership for design, execution and interpretation of clinical studies.
• Lead development programs and support study startup, conduct and closeout.
• Serve as technical resource on clinical issues for collaborators and investigators.
• Support publications, abstracts and scientific communications.
