Job summary

Pfizer is seeking a Clinical Development Scientist to support the development and execution of small and novel studies in the I&I area. You will contribute on clinical study teams, collaborating with operations, medical monitors, biostatistics, and digital medicine to ensure enrollment and timely study delivery.

Ideal candidates hold a PharmD/PhD or advanced degree with 2+ years of industry experience, and demonstrate strong knowledge of GCP/ICH, plus excellent communication skills.

Qualifications

• PharmD/PhD or MS/MA/MSN with industry experience in clinical studies.
• Comprehensive knowledge of GCP and ICH guidelines.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills in a pharma setting.

Responsibilities

• Support development and execution of simple to minimally complex clinical studies; assist senior scientists on complex components.
• Prepare and review study documents (protocols, consent forms, training materials).
• Support clinician data review activities; assist with safety data collection for reviews.
• Provide technical support for clinical issues with internal/external collaborators (in collaboration with the Global Development Lead).
• Maintain open, transparent communication within the study team to support timely study completion.
