Job summary

Pfizer is seeking a Clinical Development Scientist candidate to support one or more less complex studies in small molecule and novel biological therapies. The role involves collaboration with Clinical Operations, Medical Monitors, Biostatistics, and other groups to ensure timely enrollment and study delivery.

The position may involve mentorship from senior scientists on larger studies. Minimum qualifications include PharmD/PhD or MS/MA/MSN with 2+ years, or BS/BA/BSN with 4+ years in industry

Qualifications

• PharmD/PhD or equivalent in related field with industry experience.
• Proven knowledge of GCP/ICH guidelines and drug development processes.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work in cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Support the development and execution of simple to minimally complex clinical studies.
• Assist in preparation and review of study documents (protocols, ICFs, training materials).
• Support clinician data review and safety data collation for review meetings.
• Provide technical support for clinical issues with internal/external collaborators under supervision of senior staff.
• Maintain open communication with the study team to ensure successful study completion.
