Job summary

Pfizer is seeking a Clinical Development Scientist to support the development and execution of early-stage studies in small molecules and novel biologics within the I&I therapeutic area.

You may contribute as an individual contributor or on study teams, collaborating across Clinical Operations, Medical Monitors, Biostatistics, Data Management, Clinical Pharmacology, and Digital Medicine to ensure timely study delivery.

Qualifications

• PharmD/PhD or MS/MA/MSN with relevant clinical study experience.
• BS/BA/BSN with 4+ years of clinical study experience.
• Strong knowledge of GCP and ICH guidelines; excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support the development and execution of simple to minimally complex clinical studies, and assist more senior scientists on larger studies.
• Assist in preparation and review of study documents (protocols, informed consent, training materials).
• Support data review activities and safety data collection for review meetings.
• Provide technical support for clinical issues with internal/external collaborators and vendors.
• Collaborate with the study team to maintain open communication and successful study completion.
